1. If the purchased vehicle does not match the description or has major undisclosed defects, contact us within 7 business days from delivery to initiate the return process.
2. If the vehicle is delivered in a condition that does not meet our advertised quality standards, we offer a refund or exchange depending on the situation.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us by phone or email to report the issue.
2. Provide the necessary information, including details about the defects found and photo evidence, if possible.
3.The vehicle must be returned within 30 calendar daysfrom delivery, in the same condition it was received — without modifications or additional damage.
If the return is approved, we provide a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees or any other associated costs. Refunds are processed within 30 business days from receipt of the returned vehicle.
The cost of returning the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer, except where the vehicle is returned due to a defect or discrepancy from the description.
